Pelion All inclusive Holidays

This was a perfect hotel for us, close to metro and walking distance to local stores. Staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was extremely clean and comfortable, we would absolutely stay again.

I only gave 4* for cleanliness because the bin in the toilet was not emptied when I checked in. The water in the shower was not drained quickly enough but it was fixed by the time I arrived back in the afternoon. Overall, the location is great, less than 5 mins walk from a metro, lots of shops and restaurants.

AMAZING LOCATION- very kind and helpful staff

Brand new hotel. Very central and convenient. Even though our junior suite was only on the second floor it still had a fairly decent view to the church next door. Service was outstanding. Definitely recommend.

I arrived after midnight to find a dirty room, no hand soap on the sink, and the AC was not working. I called the front desk to ask for help. The hand soap came about 20 minutes later, and the same technician came to check the AC. He said, "Nothing I can do for you," shrugged his shoulders carelessly, and left me to stay in the super warm room. I called the front desk again, and the attendant told me that he was sorry that there was no other room they could move me to, and he added that he would send me a fan to help with the heat in the room. The fan never came to my room, and I spent the night in a horrible situation. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.
