第一天入住因熱水壺內有水垢［壺內蓋，壺內］換了一次。地板乾淨度6-7分。 第2天到退房，才發現客務清潔方面有點懶，也才發現原來我房是少了1-2樣標配［擴香石］--他們職員直到我講才發現客房阿姨沒給我。 沖水馬桶的提示標籤字太小。 早餐偶爾新鮮［沙拉菜，就最後一天最新鮮。比較多加工類食物：小香腸，飲品沒水，只有咖啡，橙汁，牛奶，紅茶。會有粥，油條，炒飯，炒韓國粉絲］ 職員很友善挺熱情，會聆聽你所說的問題，改善。 但我13號在這軟件問問題，我都去到上海2-3天才收到回覆。這感覺有點弱。。。

Olly at the front desk was enthusiastic and the other staff were great! The soaking pool room is worth recommending to friends!

房間空間大, 整潔, 設備齊全而且也保養得很好. 位置適中, 附近有好多食肆, 還有便利店. 很滿意, 會再入住.

Room is clean and well maintained.surprised that room is much smaller than normal. Bed is also small for one person. Other than that,everything is good.

鄰近南京西路地鐡站出口，十分方便，附近也有很多食肆。本身酒店外部設計也別具特式，美中不足是房間正對面有工程，影響視野，間中也有嘈音。職員態度一般。
