The hotel is perfectly located on the beach but they are still ramping operations. Staff were nice but slow and seemingly unprepared. Will likely not go back anytime soon

The rooms were clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our flights were cancelled because of a major snowstorm and the hotel gave us a discounted rate for the extra 3 days that we had to stay.
