The South All inclusive Holidays

Overall, we had a great stay, but I wanted to share our check-in experience so future travelers can plan accordingly. Our flight arrived at 6:00 a.m., so we got to the hotel around 7:00 a.m. and requested an early check-in. Before our trip, I had called the hotel and was advised to call again the morning of our arrival to see if any rooms were available. Unfortunately, nothing was available until 1:00 p.m. I completely understand that early check-in depends on availability, especially when the hotel is fully booked. However, I would have appreciated a little more transparency. If I had been told that the hotel was completely booked and that an early check-in was very unlikely, I could have made other plans instead of waiting around and trying to sleep in the lobby for several hours. That said, once we got into our room, everything else was excellent. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the amenities, pools, and outdoor areas. Despite the rough start, we had a good stay.

Rooms were very spacious. Air conditioning was great! Dish washer wash broken. You have to pay to go to the water park. $25 per person per day if you are not an owner. We paid and was over crowded and not worth it. We did not go back. Restaurant was very good.
