Walkable to the beach and clean rooms.
The air conditioner started dripping but staff was there to fix it within 10 minutes.
The lobby gets pretty crowded with the guests coming and going and the restaurant

Overall great value hotel. Average sized clean rooms and close to dining and shopping. Love the coffee shop inside the hotel. Did not expect such high parking prices for guests, $55 a night plus a $25 voucher to use towards parking per room. Check in and check out did take a while but staff were nice. Our first visit there was better than our second.

We loved the friendly staff and the convenient location. We were disappointed at the minuscule beach, but we learned that is what has happened over the years in Honolulu.

Odd request to turn off AC everytime we leave the unit..we like to come back from a beach day to a cold place. Pillows were the worst.
