湄公河三角洲 海灘假期之旅

Lovely family resort, friendly and helpful staff. It’s quite remote but if you’re looking to unplug / detox it’s perfect. Would definitely stay again.

今次揀咗四房Villa入住，雖然初初有發生了一些小插曲，但係都冇影響到對這間酒店嘅好感度，即時作出支援及幫忙，我哋都相當滿意 另外酒店亦會提供哥爾夫球車免費到酒店附近夜市及 超級市場，呢個服務係貼心的 另外酒店舒適到清潔到都係值得一讚 會介紹朋友再度入住💕💕

Good location, no indoor swimming pool, only outdoor one. If there is thunderstorm, guests cannot swim. Only one restaurant and the food is just fair (including the breakfast buffet). Yet, the location is really good, close to the night market. The only swimming pool is a bit small but good to take photo. Not much facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Air conditioner works well. When there was air conditioner problem in our room, the staff came within 10 mins and fixed it as soon as he could. But if I paid for HK$1000 for a sea view room, I could have more choices in Phu Quoc.

room clean, breakfast good, lots of fun with nature. many insects which is normal in a forest.

房間雖然舊了點，但維持的很好！房間超級大，這次選擇別墅型的房型，三間房間都非常大而且有自己的衛浴設備，超方便！度假村很大需要接駁車，接駁車也很快很多，早餐也好吃。

洗澡水壓有點不足，工作人員服務態度優質，其餘體驗不錯👍

員工有禮且服務佳，客房乾淨舒適，但門口階梯和餐廳階梯對無障礙來說較為不方便，另外房間開冷氣時就會現＂油漆味＂，然後房間竟然沒有茶包，跟櫃台反應，櫃台告知現在都不提供茶包，但我看打掃人員推車上有茶包，懷疑櫃台小姐告知錯誤訊息
