Very nice staff! We had a great stay!

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Beautiful property. Staff were very helpful. On site food options were not tasty and the property could ultimately benefit from updates. I was not fan of the bathroom set up in the room, and I don’t think the cleaning staff were that intentional with actual clean up of room (replacing bath amenities, etc).

the pool access villas are fantastic but the walk through pitch black woods to get to the bars and restaurants is not, it's most bizarre, and after 9 pm you need to call reception to send someone to get you across the water into the resort, The food in the hotel was poor, I sent a dish back that was inedible and told I couldn't have it taken from my bill I had to order something else, I ordered a replacement and that was just as rubbish, I asked for assistance at the desk for booking a ferry to Krabi I was told they couldn't help me unless I chose to travel to Krabi by taxi which would be charged through my hotel bill , so all in all , accommodation was great everything else not so much

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed. It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

The hotel lobby is nice and the stores are beautifully decorated. The room was nice and clean but had wacky design and bulky grandma arm chairs which took away the beauty of the room. The staff at the adult pool were nice and friendly. Their Black Ginger restaurant is overrated and overpriced, especially for Thai dishes. Breakfast had many food options but the quality was okay. Overall, the resort is beautiful but has no private beach.

The sheets gave my daughter and son rashes, but the staff were very nice, the food was good and the area was great
