compared to other 5 star hotels, i can only say this one is so far so good Staff is not very helpful, no matter the bellboy in the front door , or the house keeping It took a hour to wait for the house-keeper to get my box tissues and slippers. i think the hotel can improve more about their staff training. i think the most impressed thing in the hotel is their classic decoration, it's really nice and beautiful.
