The staff was polite and helpful when asked. The balcony view was amazing and nice. The halls did smell like mildew, I guess from the rain. Sarah that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was great until the last night. I woke up at seven in the morning to the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen crawling on the bed right next to my face. At that point the trip was over and we checked out early.

The room (138) and bathroom were clean. Plenty of space. We also had two TV's in the room but could not use the apps on the TV's. No complain other than 1) the beds are VERY soft.
