Great location, clean and safe

No a/c. Everything else was perfect, but the lack of a/c was an issue. I couldn't get that good hotel sleep because it was so hot and uncomfortable in my room. Even the lobby was hot. It just made no sense. Out of 5 stars, I'd give the place 2 out of 5 simply due to no a/c. I took cold showers multiple times. I just hated it.

The staff was very friendly and the amenities were fantastic.

A superb hotel -- in a perfect location. Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay, a family of four in two Queen beds.

Bar offered a good selection only issue was sometimes unable to get a table for houseguests

Room was clean, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Diego. Food throughout the hotel was exceptional! Lobby bar had great end-of-day cocktails in a cozy setting. Will definitely stay again!

Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Great has everything you need especially if you like to have a drink and socialise. Staff super friendly an the cleanliness and general feel of the hotel is boss
