My partner and I loved this property - the room was amazing, staff fantastic and the amenities were just what we needed. I even managed to book myself in for a massage at the spa located within the hotel. The only negative feedback was that the chemicals/chlorine in the hot tub/spa pool was very strong, and once it got bubbling you couldn't stay in the spa for very long. Apparently this was a technical issue as the chemicals/pump are automatic. Other than that the breakfast selection was great and we had a very relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, we did request firmer pillows which didnt happen so we have stiff necks but aside from that it was great.
Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have experienced.

The building is a heritage site which means its not very modern. The executive suite we stayed at had significant wear and tear. However, the premises has a pool, sauna and hot tib which was a plus, and the service was excellent.
