Staff were lovely - Facilities aged and could do with some TLC. Bed was horrible had to get a few massages as a result and couldn’t sleep through the night due to it.

Outstanding hotel in every way. Staff can not do enough to help you and the rooms and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast is out of this world! Magical pools and restaurants. I don’t know how I’m ever going to stay anywhere else in future.

Room was cleaned every morning, the resort grounds were always spotless, food and drinks were amazing and for a good price. Reception was really easy to deal with. Staff always had a smile on their face and very welcoming
