Lovely staff, decent bed. Room wasn’t great. Lots of construction work happening which doesn’t make for restful sleep. I had to phone housekeeping for basics such as robe, body wash, shampoo. The showerglass was full of limescale and lots of mold amd damp walls in bathroom. Bit disappointing.
But lovely staff.

The level of service was 5-star - My room, Exec, was very good. Amazing linens and mattress, which made my sleep outstanding. This gem is well worth trying!
