The stay was a pleasant experience with access to Metro station and taxi facilities at the doorstep. The hotel is situated on a road with views to most of the big buildings when you step out of the hotel. The rooms are of a good size. The staff were courteous and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Phoo for the great service during our breakfast!

Firstly room given was stinking of smoke and we are already asthamatic - upon requesting we were told "this was the room allocated" - we requested and had to argue to that at night we got atleast one room changed. Then cmae the time of breakfast- we went to have breakfast and some of the food was not up to the Rotana mark. We have stayed in other Rotana hotels and never experienced this kind of service and subpar food. I was super disappointed - we were luck to have a Nandos near by where we were going to have breakfast even though we had paid for a bed and breakfast.
Truly Disappointing!
