This hotel is gorgeous. Bathroom was not as nice as other hotels around Japan but I def would stay here again. We knew nothing of Sendai but wanted to stop and check it out on our way up to Hokkaido and Sapporo.

Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.

Room was amazing, real cosy vibe. The windows being full height really made the experience for me. Really enjoyed looking down at the street and seeing everything going on. Staff were amazing and really helped us with our luggage forwarding - they triple checked everything was correct with the form even go so far as to ring the destination hotel to confirm the address.

The facility was clean. The morning and dinner buffets were good. Outdoor onsen had two pools with different temperature settings. Hotel is located close to the main attractions at Matsushima. Good value.
