Have stayed at the Island twice now. We enjoy the stay each time. The room is always clean and maintained. The pools and beach are easily assessable regardless of room location. Kid friendly with activities suited for them. Restaurants on location makes for convenience. Staff is professional and respectful. We will continue our annual stays.

To start our room was not ready when we arrived and that was at 6pm, check in starts at 4pm. Next we were told they would call us when the room was ready, at 8pm we still ..."
