Red frog and the staff were excellent, we loved our stay and would be happy to come back. The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a good amount of amenities were closed : the pool, zipline, one of the restaurants, and the market. There was lots of room inside, not terribly comfortable but comfortable enough. It was nice outside, but I stayed out too long and got eaten by the sand fleas. It was actually a pretty nice location. There was a little trouble communicating, but the staff was very nice and helpful.
