Location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms though a bit dated were nice and clean. Other amenities in the hotel were excellent. The view from the roof top was amazing!

The breakfast buffet is very good even though the varieties are limited to Western foods. Coming to Vietnam we expect they would serve more local foods like freshwater fish. But only fruits are local.
Nearby food outlets like Nhu Lan are very handy and cheap.

Had a great stay at Hotel Lotte Busan. Very central location and access to food street and transport - subway and buses.
Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan.

Luv the room ( 8737) and (8725)
The club lounge was very clean and the staff were all friendly, courteous and professional. Specially the chefs.
The offerings were ok, nothing memorable or anything that stands out to me on my 3 day stay. The restaurants on the upper ground level met my american standard of expectations... We will definitely come back but would re evaluate if the club access would still be necessary for our stay...

This is my third time staying at Waterfront Airport, and I’ve been very pleased all three times. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, and you simply can’t beat the location across from the Cebu airport. When I’ve travelled with carry one luggage only, it’s an easy walk from either terminal to the hotel. But the free shuttle service is very convenient when I’ve had lots of luggage. Service has always been good and fast - the last time I stayed here I was traveling with my toddler and housekeeping was very quick and fast to bring a crib and extra towel and water for her. Food and drink prices are expensive though so I’ve always just grabbed something at the airport across the street.
