Excellent location in Shibuya & boasts a room with Shibuya crossing view! The hotel drop off is hard to find, even taxis had difficulty locating the main entrance, since it is within a mall. Not easy for guests with luggages to navigate their fifth floor lobby. The lobby was impressive & staffs were very helpful, friendly & professional. They are knowledgeable about places to see, eat & shop. True gems of this hotel indeed! Our room had a great view, spacious & provided wonderful amenities. However, for its price point, our bathroom needs maintenance. The basin is cracked, & the faucet had dark water marks around it. Moldy tiles at the bottom of tub, towards the drain needed to be deep clean, the drain requires some air trap since it emits some funky smell.

We stayed in a non smoking four futon style bed family room - it was as advertised. Futon mat beds weren’t super comfortable but that was to be expected and the less fussy members of my family thought they were fine. Room was very clean and it was quiet. Kettle, fridge and toothbrush etc were provided. Lawson’s downstairs was convenient. Shuttle to and from Narita Airport runs regularly and was timely. Staff were helpful and polite and responsive to a couple messages I sent before arrival. I was a bit concerned about whether there would be cigarette smoke lingering in the room based on some reviews I read, but it was not a problem at all which was appreciated with two asthmatics in the family. Property is aging a bit but it’s clean and that’s what matters to me. All in all it’s a great place to rest either before or after a long flight - I would stay there for a pit stop in the future.

We chose this hotel because of its location to the Tokyo Marathon start line, which was about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is also located near some great basic restaurants, an incredible park, and numerous subway lines. We would stay here again.
