Hotel is decent. Staff at the reception were not very welcoming, more like just doing their job. No smiles whatsoever. Rooms are clean and meets basic needs. No bidets in toilets.
No halal food options. Pool was average, perhaps needs some maintenance as I could find broken tiles.
Hotel is located in a prime area so getting around, shopping and dining outside the hotel offers plenty of options.

We had a fantastic stay at Andaz Singapore. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of comfort. The staff were exceptionally courteous and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was a highlight — stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore.

We would love to give a shoutout to Manli. She was so amazing and recommended an amazing room with a beautiful view. Everyone of the staff were so nice and kind. We loved this hotel and will be coming back!
