Nice place to stay , only thing is rooms are way too small mostly if you have 2 suitcases my friend and I couldn’t have enough space to put the suitcase both have a medium size and a sample size and it was difficult to walk around the room need to climb over the bed one or suitcase to go to the bathroom

Beautiful hotel. Clean, newly-renovated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop view and pool. Located directly across from public transit. Central location close to many restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend to others.

Good location, quite. Good property. Except the hotel run out the large slipper.

Pleasant stay. Nice pool. Close to the beach.

Breakfast included was impressive with abundance of options everyday. Fresh food. Staff very attentive. Gluten free options available. Dining area was beautiful. Room could haven had more attention: hook on bathroom wall was broken; mold could be seen in the shower. Room could have used the foldable suitcase tables at end of bed, and a chair would have been nice too.

Hotel Neri is a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is really kind and accommodating. They had recommendations for great restaurants and places to go.

The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. This does however need to be looked at. Also the hot water takes a long time to get hot so was a bit of a hassle having to wait a while for the water to get hot. Nether the less, everything else was fine and would recommend it and come again. Great location in the city too so everything was near.
