"We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff on arrival. Bar staff took ages to serve you and to get your drink. We did not feel welcome at all. Or room was tidy and clean. Bathroom was awful. No separate shower so the bathroom just flooded and there was still a puddle to stand in, in the morning. ..."
