My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and well decorated however, the bathroom door was a little see through and the air con wasn’t the greatest. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel was well placed to see the city. However, during check in the staff used my phone to make a false review on google which dampened my overall view of the property. Aside from that the staff were kind and helpful. I probably would stay again if they did not use my phone for false reviews in future!!

What an amazing stay and a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The staff were incredible from the very beginning, always going above and beyond to cater to every need. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. If you have any questions or need assistance, Manager Elsa and her team are always happy to help. I also highly recommend enjoying the spa during your stay. The prices are very reasonable, and it's a perfect way to start your day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi's Old Quarter.
