Tam Hai Island Cheap Holidays

I booked this place because of the stellar reviews and was very surprised by what I experienced. My stay was not terrible, it was just not as amazing as the reviews led me to expect. The bed was comfortable but the room was very small. The staff was pleasant but I wouldn’t have said that the level of service made this hotel stand out. In fact one day we were just leaving our room when housekeeping arrived. We asked them to wait for 5 minutes so my husband could change his shirt and I could finish applying my makeup. Obviously they did not understand because they came in and squeezed by me in the bathroom to empty the garbage cans as I stood infront of the mirror. While I understand the language barrier, I would expect that most cleaning staff understand that they work around the guests’ schedule. We didn’t use the pool because it was in shade for most of the day and the weather wasn’t super warm. The breakfast was only okay. If you wanted an espresso beverage you had to pay extra for it. The addition of a self-serve cappuccino machine in the breakfast buffet would go a long way. The standout for us was the spa services. We booked a massage and it was excellent. I was sad that we didn’t have enough time to partake of a second one. In summary, this hotel offers a basic stay about 15 minutes out of old town.

Was very impressed with this hotel. The location is great, as the beach is just across the street. The hotel offered a large buffet breakfast of asian and western foods. Cleaning of rooms was always done and refreshed towels daily, especially after a day at the beach. The hotel has a roof top pool and bar that offers a relaxing time and great views. It was never busy which made it very comfortable. All staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were polite and very proactive in terms of asking us for any special dietary requirements. Special call out to the staff at restaurant (Tra My & Ang) and at reception (Phu Ong), who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the villa upgrade as well. It was spacious, clean and loaded with lot of amenities like sauna, etc. Enjoyable stay and look forward to visiting again!

Everything was perfect, awesome place

The room I stayed in was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the pool offered a panoramic view of the city that was gorgeous at night when the city lights came on. Would absolutely recommend people stay and will be staying again when in Da Nang

The view of the Dragon Bridge was what made me book this hotel and it did not disappoint! More importantly, it is centrally located so everything is a short Grab motorbike away. The spa amenities were also great; I enjoyed two massages by an excellent masseuse. I highly recommend this hotel!
