The staff are so nice and very helpful. We have a bigger room and I like it that it has a washer and dryer. And the toilet has its own room separate from the shower room.

The hotel itself is excellent but the location is not the greatest. A little far to the nearest subway station, 7-Eleven or restaurants. But to be fair, the ‘a little far’ I referred to technically is not too far (less than 10 min walk to subway, 5 min to 7-Eleven and not too many restaurants nearby), just not as close as some other hotels we stayed in in Japan. But again, I do love the quality and space of the room in this hotel.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Laundry facility in the room was a bonus.

My family and I loved this hotel so much! It was located in the perfect spot right along the Takase River and Pontocho Alley, with a Family Mart downstairs in the same building. The room set-up was spacious, stylish and so comfortable with all the amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. We were so sad when we had to check out. Walking around all the most charming parts of Kyoto was made even better knowing we had this awesome hotel to come back to, just steps away from the best of it all. I would 100% stay here again and tell all my friends and family to do the same.
