Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

Room is extra nice and huge. Amenities are great and wonderful customer service. I didn’t realize how big the room was when I booked it, it’s just so BIG!

The spa was great gave us free amenities like snacks and a starter in the restaurant on the house, they offered that to everyone on their first night. The room was so comfy.

Staff were attentive this time. I could check in early abd also got a better room when I asked. Good location and a nice garden with three pools. Breakfast was good and fresh baked bread every morning. Also got 20 % discount for meals at the hotel restaurant.
