The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel.
The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything.
The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water.
Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor.

Beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff was very helpful.
The property is very large and you can get lost! There two hotels that are attached. The Otani main and the New Otani Garden. The hotel(s) remind me of the ones in Las Vegas, only a lot cleaner and nicer. There are a lot of high end stores on the lowers floors of the New Otani Garden hotel.
There are many different restaurants in the hotel. We tried several and the food was excellent.
They have their own private garden attached to the hotel. It is quite beautiful. The ponds are filled with the largest Koi I have seen.

The room was very clean and conveniently had a fridge, microwave and laundry which was a great help. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property was just a short walk from the metro stations (Suidobashi and Jimbocho) as well as the JR line (Suidobashi). I would definitely return to this hotel!
