The staff was friendly and the property is beautiful, but the lack of cleanliness and housekeeping really took away from the experience. Based on my stay, I definitely would not rate this hotel 5 stars.

The check-in process was very slow. They didn’t give us the VIP room even though we qualified. Only after we asked about the credit they gave us $105 credit. The rooms are not well maintained. The Bistro staff was very slow and pretty rude. The last night before we left we waited for almost 1 hour to get our appetizers and another hour to get our food and that too they missed a couple of orders and we didn’t have patience to reorder as the kids were very hungry and exhausted. The food is good, the resort is good with a great landscape but the customer service is very bad. They need to be a little more quicker and the rooms need to be maintained well.
