The staff was friendly and the property is beautiful, but the lack of cleanliness and housekeeping really took away from the experience. Based on my stay, I definitely would not rate this hotel 5 stars.

The hotel, food, staff, transportation, and privileges at other resorts (Rosé) were great. Tazuna, the sushi restaurant was delicious. Market (with unlimited gelato every day) was the kids' favorite. Poolside ceviche was heaven. You can't swim at the beach here, but the 5 different pool areas made up for it and also the shuttle to the Rosé was awesome. The free use of the facilities, beaches, and restaurants over there were an extra perk. We would definitely stay again!
