We were disappointed with the lack of cooking (just a communal fridge and microwave) and tried to find another place, but couldn't. Our second room didn't have a window and was never cleaned. No-one offered us clean sheets, so we had to ask the teenagers (who cleaned the place) for clean towels and sheets and borrow a broom to sweep the floor. 「This is noticeable an old hotel and not-well maintained. The location is really not that great but the biggest problem is that there is a lot of going on in the hotel at any point of time, too noisy. the walls wont stop any noise, very difficult to sleep. The receptionist Lili, NOT so friendly, wont resolve any issues. They charge you extra for the use of credit card, WHERE CLEARLY in Mexico that is the establishment's responsibility to take. I think I wont stay in this hotel ever.」
