I was warmly welcomed by reception staff, first point of contact. It was a peaceful stay. Just the pod machine and bar fridge was leaking water but not a bother, I advised via email and an easy fix for maintanence. The whole resort needs upgrading to put in that wow factor. Great amenities, activities and location. Kids loved the pool and playground. Rooms are comfortable but just a bit dated and the couch in our living room was a bit sunken in the middle. Otherwise a really great spot for what we needed.
