Great service and kind staff. Spacious and good view room. First the staff gave us a smelly repairment room, but then they change another room to us quickly after we call. They are helpful.

職員十分友善，房間小廚房位置較小。其他的都十分滿意

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is very clean and perfect.

員工服務周到，但酒店的冷氣不能自動調校，空氣不流通，房間侷促，很熱，要求職員解決，但因冷氣系統太舊未能改善，只能安排風扇。 酒店大，房間也算寬敞，但比較舊。另在地庫停車場泊車後，上落不太方便。 整體各方面一般。

With easy access to nearby temples and cultural attractions, this hotel is an ideal base for exploring the rich history and beauty of Kyoto. We will surely come again.

地點很方便，但清潔度不足，枕頭跟被鋪有頭油臭味，彷彿很久沒有換，洗手間很暗。另外在新地區，不適合獨遊女士。

非常舒適乾淨，房間裝修和窗外景色都很滿意，空間亦很大很舒適，附近亦有美麗河景、Cafe、小店餐廳。老闆很友善，回覆速度很好。 建議可增設洗衣機。 再去京都也會再預約，絕對會推薦給朋友。
