Elevators are a bit slow most of the time but otherwise a good stay. I’ve been here for a week at a time 4 times now. It’s always easy and the monorail station is super convenient.

Room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable and all pillows were lumpy. Only flat sheets and a comforter. There is a $21 per day fee to park a car. They give your party $66 per day for breakfast but you can only go to 4 restaurants. Two people can’t even eat breakfast for $66!! Walking distance (2-3 miles to most things) My family doesn’t always finish our food - there are no microwaves or refrigerators in any rooms!! And their SLOT machines … don’t get me started … they say one cent, five cents to play. But once you put your money in - it’s a min of eighty-eight cents a spin!!! It’s the OLD BAIT and SWITCH with this place!

The suite was amazing. Especially for the price. Thank you Expedia!! Did have a small issue with the light in the restroom going out. Called the front desk, maintenance was there in less than 15 minutes and fixed the issue right away.

The renovated room was very clean, comfortable and good value for money. It was conveniently located close to the Sphere where we attended a concert. Also loved the proximity to plenty of stores and food.

Rooms could have been cleaner (a lot of dust). Staff was very nice and helpful except for clear instructions on beverage credits. We were told by 3 different staff members at the front where we could and couldn’t redeem our beverage credits. We missed out on the credits :( But overall very good stay, will love to come back.
