Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parts of the facility extremely dated. While the place was not dirty, it could benefit from a deep clean.

Very cosy and homely feel

This hotel was in the perfect location for a short 2 day trip to Taipei. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Our room was much bigger than I’m used to when traveling internationally. We will stay here when we come back to Taipei in the future.

Great location just by the MRT Central station. Staff very attentive, room very spacious, clean and comfortable but the real standout was the breakfast that both we and our kids loved - great variety, very tasty and served in their Le Thè restaurant, which offers unique atmosphere. This time we couldn’t get to try their highly praised 3-Michelin star Palais restaurant, but this came hugely recommended by our friends too. All in all, great stay and highly recommended for families with kids.

This stay at Regent Taipei was an extremely satisfying experience overall. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient, making me feel the high standard of five-star service from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with great attention to detail in its upkeep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options, which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. In addition, the hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient for shopping and transportation. It is truly one of the most highly recommended hotels in Taipei. Mina

My wife and I enjoyed out eight-night stay at Landis. Staff were all extremely attentive, courteous, and helpful, including the cleaning staff, who checked daily (sometimes twice a day) if we needed anything. Check-in was quick and efficient, and a porter brought our luggage to the room. We had a pleasant stay and would consider booking again. There is an elegant Chinese restaurant on the lower lever of the hotel with some nice decorations, and the head waiter assisted us in choosing several entrees as we were not familiar with much of what was on the menu. Breakfast is served daily on the lobby level in what during the day is a French restaurant.

Very convenient, great hotel, would like to stay again

Could have used a glass but this is a great hotel. Came with fridge and microwave and some cutlery. Great location across from the mrt and Taipei 101 was down the street. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Fabulous for longer stays.
