The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them. WIFI could be better...but it's free. Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine. The free breakfast was very filling.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expedia did not update that the hotel no longer offer free airport shuttle but they communicated nicely with me and made some accommodations. Would definitely recommend as the stay was very comfortable.

Rosedale Hotel is in a very good location. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. In our family trip, this hotel was a great place. The transportation outside was convenient. The cleaning services were great too. I will definitely come back next time and refer this place to my friends.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share some constructive feedback regarding a recent experience at your property, with the aim of helping you optimize guest navigation and service standards.Recently, my party and I inadvertently utilized the staff elevator due to a lack of visible, restrictive signage on the floor. While inside, an employee entered and made an under-the-breath remark in Cantonese questioning our presence. Upon realizing the situation, I immediately apologized and clarified that the elevator's restriction was not apparent. I also noted to the employee that a direct, polite clarification would have been much more professional than passive-aggressive commentary, which unfortunately compromised our guest experience.To seamlessly resolve this and prevent future occurrences for other visitors, I highly recommend installing clear, uniform "Staff Lift Only" signage adjacent to these elevators on every single level. Without explicit visual indicators, it is incredibly easy for guests to mistake these for public lifts. Additionally, it may be beneficial to remind team members to address guests with courtesy and directness when handling inadvertent policy errors.Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your ongoing commitment to maintaining high service standards.
