Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

Staff helpfulness, clean,convenient and good value.View can be an issue as some rooms were facing the cemetery. Overall high ratings for the price.

This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, a bit small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a glass bottle to be refill in their water dispenser. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and daily buffet breakfast. The hotel is close to metro station.

Room was basic, the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was not worth it. Don’t bother. Eating a cold box meal and calling it a breakfast was not acceptable. The only saving feature was the free shuttle service offered back to HK airport station.

Management required me to pay for a dirty washcloth which was only used regularly. They started with pics of used towels & bedsheets, wanted 200 Hong Kong dollars, but rescinded when I asked to see them & told them they will have to give them to me since I was buying them. I have traveled all over the world for over 50 years & have never had a hotel want payment for using the linen. They also charged my friend 50 for a different room. We are African American, it may have something to do with it.

This property is excellent for its location and amenities.

The hotel is clean, the staff are great, breakfast is really good. The rooms are nice but very small and the room with two beds they are very small.

Not designed for families exactly but good location for shopping at Causeway bay. There is no pool, or play area for kids. Skye deck has a good view

Friendly staff. As a whole the room is clean but the hostel itself is getting old and some facilities/interiors may need renovation. Laundry is available but not for free.
