"Hotel was pretty good. Only a couple of minor things stopped me giving 5 stars - window sills were a bit dusty and we had an issue opening the safe as it had a flat battery. Staff were helpful and we managed to check in a little earlier. Would definitely recommend!"

Hotel is probably 2 stars. - One towel only provided had to ask for another one - Empty shower gel and soap dispensers in the bathroom, had to request housekeeping to sort it out. - Hairs everywhere in the shower stuck on the taps which could have been easily cleaned. - ..."
