We had a wonderful stay, loved the site. All of the staff were professional and pleasant. There was comfortable seating at various locations around the hotel that we were able to enjoy. The food and drinks were also lovely. Room was clean and spacious.

Room was clean, few stains on carpet from tea making. Bed really comfortable, good quality bed linen. Fantastic view of the castle. Being able to add banner and balloons was a great option. Staff friendly and helpful. Food nice and allergies checked
