It is a great hotel in downtown Jakarta. The room we stayed was nice and clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. That being said will I be staying there again? The answer is no. The main in Jakarta is tap water. It is unhygenic and you need a bottled water for brushing your teeth, washing your face, drinking etc. However this hotel provides 2 mid-size bottles of water. These were not enough for even one person need. There are no convenience stores or any stores near by. In the evening we had to catch a cab and go to buy a bottled water. It was a hassle. Other hotels have water stations or some provide addtional bottles of water.

Had a fantastic stay at the Mulia. The service was warm, professional and efficient. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of.
Junior suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The executive lounge on the 38th floor was beautiful with expansive views of the city.
Overall, great experience and I highly recommend!
