This was our highlight with Fumina taking wonderful care of us decorating for a very special birthday she had every answer to each question I had and answered with grace - walking distance to everywhere beautiful view - we loved everything offered the staff is exceptional

Amazing staff (so so super kind and helpful!) as well as a fantastic room. It felt like a wonderful blend of modern and traditional inside our room. I look forward to returning to hotel Kanra in the future as it has been my favourite hotel I have stayed in Japan so far!

Clean and convenient. The room I got was just big enough for two people. However the bathroom basin was weirdly angled so we didn’t have enough space to put our toiletries. Otherwise everything was good.

Exceptional service, hospitality and incredible kind hotel staff really enjoyed my stay there and i f i came back to kyoto i will stay there again i booked a premium double bed room room it was spacious and there are 3 maiko shows that the hotel offers for guests complimentary that was one of our highlights of our stay. thank you hyatt regency for making our stay experience exceptional.
