Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one.
Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。

非常適合團體住宿，飯店的設備齊全，有客廳廚房洗衣間，廚房竟然有洗碗精、餐具和電鍋，房間的浴室和門，雖然有點歲月的痕跡，但維護的很好，公共設施也很齊全，可以整天都待在飯店都不會無聊。 地點的部分，雖然不是在最熱鬧的第一郡，但第三郡比較偏文教區域，也比較安靜，搭Grab到第一郡也很便宜。飯店後面那條街有大型超市，裡面賣的東西既道地，又比觀光客去的市場便宜許多。 另外服務人員態度也非常好，尤其Loc Tri 和Long，幫了我們非常多忙，非常感謝！ 總之，是很好的飯店體驗。
