We checked in on 10/12/2025 at 4:00 pm. The check in line was chaos. The online system was not functioning properly. I was directed to a kiosk to check my family in.
The following day (10/13) our room, 7340, was not cleaned. We finally had to request fresh towels around 7:00 pm.
