Great quiet location. Quick walk through the park to the top of the Spanish Steps. The park is amazing. You feel like you’re back in time with all the ruins and head on and headless statues.

We have stayed at The Orleans many times in the past but not for a few years. It is still a wonderful place to stay when visiting Las Vegas. My only disappointment was that their delicious buffet went out during covid. But otherwise it was comfortable, beautiful, and still a favorite place to stay!

The check-in kiosks were out of service, which in turn had us waiting in line for 50 minutes to check in, then you had people coming up to the front of the line asking guests who were next if they could cut in front of them, and some allowed it, and some didn't. The people allowed it in front of us and when I complained to the clerk who helped us the woman clerk next to him yelled at me and said "the other people let them".......Well, I don't think that should be allowed to do because it's not fair to all of us who wait, but yet that young woman employee seemed to think it's perfectly fine and even got mad at me. Our poor clerk just looked at her. When we checked out the kiosks were still out of order and they had a long line again. Other than that girl employee at check in plus the long wait, everything else was great!

Everything is great, except homeless entered to food court at back of hotel bordering "asian tourist", and one Ladies from Japan wallet's stollen from her by force. Sadly, her 10 years old son witness the horrible incident. Everyone must aware of your surrounding at Las Vegas. Food court area at the basement of hotel needs immediate attention by security.
