No hot water. It was the worst travel experience I have had.

Lovely hotel and prompt and good staff assistance when needed.

The power outlets were sparse and old which made the connection very loose. Also no direct USB-C ports which made it hard to charge anything bedside. The rooms were very small and after opening bags, there were no wiggle room to move around and adjust.

Everything was fine, the Breakfast was great.

It has the potential of being a really neat place, but its not. The lobby furniture is old; the atmosphere is not inviting at all. Its dingy and our tub wasn't draining properly the 1st night and we were pretty much told to deal with it. I was told i would get refunded some fees and I haven’t seen that refunded; but I checked out this morning so we’ll see. They fixed it the next day; but the way it was handled was not cool. The worst thing about it is that is was probably an easy fix; but they didn't even send anyone up to look at it.

I appreciate that you are mid town but the rooms are dark and small. The resort fee is totally unjustified. Being advised there are oranges and papers available does not warrant this. All HOTEL should end this practice. I would not recommend this place on this fee. For the price definitely not worth it.
