Staff was very helpful.

Clean room, very big. Housekeeper was very nice. Location is great, easy to walk to Darling Harbour.

Our stay was excellent. The room was beautiful, the hotel reception lovely, the restaurants were delicious and the staff all friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was with some lighting in our room, but the guest services responded immediately and resolved the issues promptly. The location is amazing, right across from Manly beach, near several restaurants, and a short walk to the Manly Ferry to get into Sydney. Amazing stay and would return any time.

The view was spectacular. Could not get better! We didn’t want to leave it - even to go on our harbour cruise. Rooms were clean and modern and the beds were so comfortable. The Shower in the main bathroom was tiny and there was built up grime around the bottom of the shower door and under the sink benchtop. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, so overall the apartment felt very clean. Concierge was just lovely and could not have been more welcoming and supportive, bringing ice to our room and suggesting places to visit and eat. Spa, sauna and pool were a bonus on our last morning. We were able to cut through the four seasons down to Circular Quay, which was also handy. So close to everything too! We were all so impressed and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Great location near State Theatre and parking stations. Lovely bar and dining at Arches.
