We were warmly welcomed by staff who also assisted us in booking a museum visit (where the registration form was in Japanese only). The room was comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable. Thanks to a lovely team!

Amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the incredible view of Nagoya. Watching the city lights at night was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would happily stay here again!

The only downfall was too far from the train station. Beautiful property. Friendly staff to stereotypical fat American.

Wow What an amazing hotel, you get great panoramic views of the city at a great location. The staff were very helpful and could speak English. Getting there was easy as there is a public transport station entrance underneath the hotel!

Top notch facilities and services. We enjoyed all the amenities in our room and especially enjoyed the view from the Sky Lounge. The Marriott Associa’s connection with Nagoya train station provided easy access to transportation, a zillion excellent restaurants, and convenience stores. On one of the days of our trip when it rained, we did not need to go outdoors at all. Would definitely return.

Located in the middle of the most busy street of Nagoya. Amenities are great and the capsule was nice and quite.

I recommend Genjikoh for the amazing Japanese experience of enjoying the open bath overlooking the ocean and the various activities in the hotel such as the scent workshop. We booked a room for 5 and it was spacious and was pleasantly surprised it has 2 toilets. The sea view was breathtaking. We don’t book the meals as we don’t eat raw food but we had difficulty finding a good eatery outside as there are few amenities nearby and they close early. This place is great for those who drive but inaccessible otherwise even though the hotel has a shuttle bus. We are glad we had a rental car and could enjoy this great ryokan experience!
