Great service, really made us feel special. Beach was nice. We had a nice couples' getaway.

The Good: Room was clean. The staff is friendly. The Bad: Pool is not heated, No beach service, No alcohol is served before 11am which means no mimosa or Bloody Marys with breakfast.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and will return.

Yes, everything was great minus the long line at check-in. We've stayed at several all inclusives and at all of them someone comes right up to you, welcomes you warmly, hands you a drink than has you sit at a table with someone to check in. Here, mind you we'd been traveling all day. We got there and they had us stand in a line with our cranky toddler standing up for no less than 30 minutes. Outside of that the resort was great. Everything was so clean. Everyone was friendly. The food was good, not spectacular, but this is an all inclusive resort. We would absolutely go back.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Armando was great. He made our son’s birthday great. Food was great. We had a good vacation there. All of us would return there again.
