"Breakfast was good. The man was nice and helpful. Receptionist were blunt, dry, and looked like they hated it being there. They don’t make it welcoming. Room had damp floors, stains and spider webs in the corner. It smelled like cigarettes and there was a NO SMOKING sign despite a no smoking policy ..."
