The hotel and the room is beautiful. Kaiseki dinner and the breakfast are both awesome. There is free shuttle bus between toba station and hotel.
However, as there is only one onsen place (which is having two hotsprings outdoor and one indoor), it was very very veryyyyyyy crowded like public swimming pool. We attempted twice after dinner time (9pm and 10:30pm) to visit there but both were full that we couldn't get into it. We could only enjoy the hotspring before dinner and before breakfast time. The hotsprings has pearl powder which is quite special.
Pls consider to build one more onsen at least.

"We came all the way from Macau. This is the 3rd time I came back to Toba International. And I am still planning for my next time. Anyways, this time I brought my family altogether 11 persons with seniors 70-91 and a baby that just turned 4 months old. We had a great time. The staffs are very nice ..."

不会再入住。
"入住時訂了早晚餐，但不知原因酒店說是不包括早晚餐，前台中只有一個懂英文，交涉了個多小時，最後只有打话给Hotel.com才解決了，但已沒有心情了。酒店處理這些問題欠妥當!是入住這酒店最不滿意的部分。"

"友人との旅行でお世話になりました。 宿泊費がとてもリーズナブルにも関わらず、天然温泉も館内に完備されていて友人達ととてもいい思い出になりました。 浴衣はありましたがタオル、シャンプー等はレンタルか持込だったので事前に調べてから利用される方が良いと思います。それを差し引いても大変満足できる旅館でした。 ありがとうございました！"
