This was my first trip to Tokyo. The Grand Nikko exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, beauty, attentiveness of each staff member and kindness upon needing anything. The location was perfect and allowed me to get anywhere within 15-30 minutes via cab and an easy walk to the train station. Highly recommend.

Room was a bit smaller than I was hoping for but hey you are in Tokyo :) pillows were not the greatest. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Laundry was a nice plus too!
