I had a truly wonderful stay at Elegant Suites Westlake. The service was exceptional, with staff who consistently went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious choices each morning.
The location is excellent, with beautiful views of West Lake. While there is some construction nearby, it’s part of Hanoi’s rapid growth and didn’t detract from the experience. The swimming pool looked inviting, even though I didn’t have the chance to use it this time.
Overall, Elegant Suites Westlake provided a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Hanoi.
