The pool was not heated only one of two elevators were working and it would stop at every floor even if no one was waiting very unsafe. We chose to take the stairs for ninety percent off our stay. "The room was not as pictured when booking. Thought it was more like a suite with couch and chair. Had a chair and desk instead. When asked, they had no rooms to offer.
