“We arrived after 6 a.m. for the night before's booking, due to a fiasco of a moving day from out of state to this area. We checked in with our cat, ate breakfast, then got a QUICK 2 hours sleep, before we had to be at our new home closing at 10 a.m. Our TV didn’t seem to work in the room (husband tried, wouldn't even turn on). “Loved being right on the beach. The parking is tight if you want to park under the building. It is an older building and you can see its age. It worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). The outside handle on the sliding glass door fell off and maintenance responded in a timely manner and he was very personable. We did not use laundry, it was conveniently located. “Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”
